Dr. Randall Beallis caught slashing his son tyre as Charity Beallis got unalived

An old video of Dr. Randall Beallis slashing his teenage son’s tires has surfaced. He allegedly did it for discipline.
On Dec 3, Charity Beallis and their 6-year-old twins were discovered shot to death inside their Bonanza mansion, a tragedy unfolding in the midst of a contentious divorce and custody dispute, authorities said.
The bodies of 40-year-old Charity Beallis and her young son and daughter were found during a welfare check at the family’s $760,000 home near the Oklahoma border.
Charity’s estranged husband, Dr. Randall Beallis, had a known history of domestic violence. In March, he was arrested after choking his wife. He was originally charged with aggravated assault on a family member, third-degree domestic battery, and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, but he later pleaded guilty to third-degree battery, receiving a one-year suspended sentence and more than $1,500 in court fees.
That same month, Charity filed for divorce and sought full custody of their children.
The grisly discovery came just one day after a divorce hearing at the Sebastian County Courthouse. During that proceeding—described as the final step in the divorce—Dr. Beallis was granted joint custody of the children, both KSFM and the physician’s attorney, Michael Pierce, confirmed.
In August, Charity publicly expressed her fear and frustration in a comment posted under a news article. She also posted an article on her Facebook titled, “If a Partner Has Ever Strangled You, They Will Likely Kill You.” 😢
“I’m living this battle right now. I am the victim, yet I’ve been treated like the problem while the criminal — a local doctor — is being shielded by the very system that’s supposed to protect us,” she wrote.
She said she had attempted to contact Prosecuting Attorney Daniel Shue, but “he won’t even accept a letter from me,” adding that her voice “as the victim” had been silenced.
“This is not just about me — this is about a system that protects offenders and rejects victims. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children,” she wrote.
Dr. Beallis has not been charged in connection with the deaths. His attorney, Pierce, said in a statement that Beallis “has been cooperative with law enforcement and fully supports the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office investigation. We hope that the sheriff’s office finds the truth about what happened to Mrs. Charity Beallis and their children.”
The day after Charity and the kids were killed, he had his attorney file a Motion to have the divorce dismissed. 🤨 Charity’s family has publicly stated they believe he is responsible for the murders for the financial gain.
Charity’s oldest son said, “My mother fought for nine months, the last nine months, to save her life and them babies, and nothing happened,” Powell told the outlet. “Now all three of them is dead.” 💔
**Dr. Beallis’s first wife died from an alleged “suicide” in 2012, but her family has stood firm that there’s no way she killed herself!
