St Catherine Teacher and Teenage Daughter Found Murdered Inside Their Home.
The police have been investigating a double murder after a St. Catherine teacher and her 14-year-old daughter were found dead in their home. The deceased have been identified as 29-year-old Tara Pinnock and Talia Wright.
According to reports, her father and others became suspicious after understanding that Miss Pinnock failed to show up at school for two days. He was unable to get her and his granddaughter on the phone. An alarm was raised and the police found the two with multiple stab wounds and their throat slashed yesterday. The killer responsible secured the apartment located along the Keystone area in Spanish Town before leaving the scene.
The police have theorized that the person responsible is no stranger to them, and have since listed a person of interest. He’s Brandon Maine. Brandon Maine is the boyfriend of Tara Pinnock, and is a taxi operator who plies the Naggo Head to Spanish Town route. He is asked to report to the nearest police station. They believe Miss Pinnock and her daughter were mercilessly murdered during a domestic dispute.
According to residents, Miss Pinnock and Maine have been involved in heated arguments more than once.
