Information reaching USCRIMEWORLD has it that Mvc Rambo has passed away in car wreck while fleeing from state troopers on James Road & Warford.
A man is dead after a traffic stop in Frayser turned into a pursuit that ended in a deadly wreck, the U.S. Marshals Service said Wednesday morning.
Tuesday night, around 9:30 p.m., agents with the Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) tried to stop a vehicle they say was driving at high speed in the Greenbriar Apartment complex on Madewell Street.
The driver sped away, running through traffic lights in a five-mile pursuit, marshals said.
The suspect was taken to Regional One, where he was later pronounced dead around 10:30 p.m.
He has not been identified pending notification of the family, but police said he had an active warrant for aggravated assault and had a pistol in the vehicle.
The driver of the box truck was not injured, while a passenger was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
MSTF also mentioned that on Tuesday, its members executed 47 criminal arrests, seized five illegal firearms, and recovered two missing children.
