A weapon was recovered and the LAPD Robbery Homicide Division is investigating, according to the spokesperson.
Ortiz is being held on a $10.225 million bail, according to inmate records at the Los Angeles Jail.
No motive has been determined as of yet.
Ortiz allegedly fired approximately 10 shots at pop singer Rihanna's Beverly Hills mansion from inside a white Tesla Sunday afternoon, striking the property multiple times, the LAPD said. She was arrested about 30 minutes later.
